RETURNS POLICY

At BY GRACE GIFTING, we aim to provide products that meet and exceed your expectations. Please review our returns policy to understand the terms and conditions for returns.

CHANGE OF MIND

  • We gladly offer refunds for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that the following conditions are fulfilled.

RETURNS

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • While our quality control checks are comprehensive, should you receive faulty items, kindly get in touch with us at: info@bygracegifting.com.au within 14 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange.

PACKAGING 

  • Please ensure that the item you are returning is packaged adequately to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.
  • We cannot accept returns if the following packaging requirements have not been satisfied: 
    • Items are unworn and in resalable condition;  
    • In the original packaging;
    • Adequately packaged for transit.

COST OF RETURNS 

  • You must return the products at your own expense. Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.   

SAMPLE/SALE ITEMS

  • Items marked as sample/sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
